Well I've seen it with my own eyes plenty of times so I can safely say, "Yes they can and some can squirt more than men". But it is more of a water solluble than c*m or anything. Women are better at making other women squirt, I don't know why but it seems that way. Also some women can do it everytime while some have a REALLY hard time doing it.
