I don't think it can, but why wear a bra to sleep?
It doesn't do anything for you, and I find it uncomfortable.

Also, if you sleep in a weird way, you could damage the bra.

Wow, you need to do some research ma'am. It can not increase your chances of cancer, that was a rumor that got around, it's not true.

Although not wearing a bra overtime will reduce the elactisity of the skin in your breast over a long period of time, and they will sag more than if you do wear a bra all the time.

no, wearing a bra doesnt affect your breasts, or how they grow, ect
and it certainly doesnt cause breast cancer or increase your risks
because bras dont help produce eastrogen

No, I've never heard such a myth.
Wearing a bra to bed is very uncomfortable to me so I don't sleep with one.
Rumors like that tend to scare people which is normal.
