If someone asks to borrow money just to get a convo started, and even if they are kidding about borrowing the money can that be a sign that they like u?

I really doubt if he was "just kidding". Thats a pretty lame convo started!I knew a couple guys in school who used to do that...they werent kidding. Thats NOT a sign he likes you whatsoever.
