Can someone be too perfect for someone?

I was acting like a hobo....heh Asked by skanker_chick 5 months ago, 2 answers.

Recently I have notice a number of breakups with the reason"he/she was to perfect for me"
Is that a reason of just an excuse of not having a legit reason for breaking up?

Well to me it sounds like just a lame excuse. But it some strange cases it could be because the person felt that his/her family and friends all said stuff like "be more like yuor boyfriend/girlfriend" or always saying how "wonderful and caring" theri boyfriend/girlfriend is/was. So maybe in special cases it could be true but more than likely its just an excuse.
