Other than how nasty it does sound, I do need to know if she can get pregnant because if so, then I have to tell my cousin(even though I didn't want to get involved with their relationship) that she is trying to trick her into an unexpected pregnancy! This girl is being a horrible person. She's lying to the man, and using a really disgusting way to get pregnant.

Warn her about infections from feces, and warn him that his girlfriend is trying to get pregnant behind his back.
