Can I sleep with a tampon in?

Can I wear a tampon to bed? I'd wake up about every 4-5 hours w/ my phone alarm. Could I sleep with it in if I wake up to change it?

if you were going to change it every 4-5 hours then it should be okay
if not though its definantly not recommended
...you might forget to wake up
but if your certain that you will change it like you would in the day time then you should be fine
just be careful, because if left in for too long tampons can cause tss
this is especially if the tampon breaks up inside you and the fluff stuff comes loose

whats the point of waking up every four hours to change it? just wear a pad to sleep. its a lot more comfortable and you dont have to worry about the risks.

pads are good for sleeping, just get some grandma panties to wear (no ones going to see them) way comforatable, and you dont have to worry about a pad breaking

erm. I don't know.. I usually put one in before I go to sleep.. and then I change it in the morning.. it works for me? >_<

I use pads to sleep and tampons every other time.. I wouldn't risk TSS(toxic shock syndrome)
