You most certainly CAN get pregnant. Pre-cum also contains sperm in it, so even by pulling out you can get pregnant. If you're using the pull out method then he needs to wash his penis before and after sex, every time. If he's ejaculating anywhere close to your vagina then you can get pregnant. In theory everytime you have sex without ptotection or some form of birth control you CAN get pregnant.
