Broken heart

Ok so the guy of my dreams who I loved more then anythign jsut left and im never gana se ehim again my heart is broken the last time I said bye to him was 2 weeks agao and it was getting out of a cab and he didnt even say bye or nuttin we didnt even speek so what a bye im so sad im ever gana see him again I brake out into tears all of asuden I already miss him I don't know what to do I need help geting over him and healing my heart again. Please help

try going out..gettin distracted..right now you need everything but that alone time that makes you think about him...try to avoid that..unless you really really really need some alone time..then go for it..
