How to get rid of back breakouts?

I started to break out on my back when I put body lotion that I was - apparently - allergic to...but its been months now and it still wont go away ...how do I get rid of it ?
any home remedies?..I really dont want to use products in case im allergic to...

I dont think its an allergic reaction, its probably some sort of acne that everyone goes through in there life.. Just a good healthy diet and cleanse your body of all the toxins may help.

or you could go to the doctor and theyd give you some kind of antibiotic thatd make it go away in a bout a week!
