I'm the SAME way. Except I probably get a little meaner.
I have huge anger management issues and I keep all the anger bottled up and when I get mad enough, I get mad. But I don't remember anything afterwards.
Just whenever you get mad, go for a walk or anything to get away from people or have one person that you could go to that knows how you get mad so that they can help calm you down.
And take deep breaths.
Whatever you do...don't punch walls!...it hurts.

Bottled up madness.
ok well sometimes I get like over mad and sad at people and I dont let it out. So it stays bottled up and then I just bcome totally evil and cold hearted toward love ones and friends. I dont wann hurt myself neither would I think of it. So how do I get...
rid of it??where to I release it??
