You should go to another doctor. Hypotension means you have low blood pressure, and it's always a symptom of something else. It's not a valid diagnosis on its own. You need to find a doctor who is willing to find the cause of your low blood pressure, which could be extremely dangerous. It's not enough to pray, sorry.

God really is the key. in the morning try some prayer and meditation. I also try to stay in the now. anxiety is the future, and depression is the past, so if we live in today we really cant go wrong. Think to yourself; what can I do today? or can this be solved today? and if the answer is no, then let it go.

Many young people have periods of hypotension especially when they stand for long periods of time. Your recent diagnosis of anemia may also be a contributing factor, low hemoglobin levels mean that your red cells are not able to carry the proper amount of oxygen to your body.
This may also be stress related. If you are still experiencing these symptoms seek the advice of another physician.
Please don't fall victim to the just pray about it mindset. If you believe in G-d then you know He created people with enough intelligence to become physicians so that you could receive help.
I wish you luck and hope that you will see another physician.
