um, negatory. I grew up in the heart of los angeles and there are like zero of those guys over there. that whole "blond, blue eyed california surfer" is a huge stereotype. the only guys who are remotely like that over there are the ones who aren't natives, and they move there in their 20s from like alabama or some other hick area, trying to become actors or musicians. you have california pegged sooo wrong in your mind.
