Blisters on fingertip?

On the tip of my middle finger I have these little blister type things.

When I first noticed them I when to the school nurse (I was in class when I noticed them and went to her after class).
She said she thought it was a rash so she put some...

anitbiotic stuff and bandaids on it.
But it didn't go away.
It's right on the tip of my finger, surrounding the nail on the top and right side.

So my question..

Should I ask my doctor about this when I see her next week?
What do you think this could be?

I know that for a FACT.
I'm not sexually active at all and I never touch other people's blood.
