Does nose bleeding mean anything serious?

is nose bleeding mean anything serious I was sitting watching tv and suddenly my nose start to bleed ,,and I didnt scared its just bothered me I continue watching tv I just kept the tissue on it ,,till it stopped bleeding
I m not suffering from flu...

cause when I do it bleeds
I m so ok ,,could be anything serious

Random nosebleeds can(in RARE cases) be a sign of cancer...However, it's more likely that the room you're in has very dry air. I sometimes jack my heater up at night, then wake up with a bleeding nose. You most likely have nothing to worry about.

I sometimes get this.
for me I think it's linked to my eating disorder.
I don't know any other reasons.
are you eating enough?

what can I do
and I eat nuts/some fruits./veggies/meat ,,not always ,,skim dairy ,I eat by counting and my weight is 37to 38kg,I m short though 5,0ft,I dont eat suger /bread/rice/any of that stuff daily I rarely put them in my mouth I depend on artifical sugers and when I eat wrong stuff I fast next day or work out more then usual

this is nothing wrong, my little bro get nose bleeds on occasion. at first, we thought he was sick or something, but a doctor told us that sometimes, some people get nose bleeds when their nose is dry. I don't know if there is anything you can do about it tho, 4 my bro, it just happens sometimes.
