Blackberry curve 8310 music?

I have a BlackBerry Curve 8310 and need to know how to get music on my phone with a USB cable, and where do I get the music at for it?

did the phone come with a USB cord? If so it should be plug n' play- I.e. once you plug in the phone to the computer's USB port, the computer should register the software automatically. (Unless it came with a disc, then install it through your disc drive).

The music needs to be bought legally through a site like iTunes.
