Black to brown

I have black hair and I want to turn it back brown how can I do that?

I would use sun in.
it got my black to a really pretty shade of brown in just a couple of days.

To change your hair to a lighter color you would have to bleach it first because black hair dye is hard to come out, and then use brown hair dye!

I it is very dificult...u just have to slowly lighten it by dying it a slightly lighter shade every couple of months.

dyed black hair is reallly hard to get out.. I had dyed black hair a few months ago (just dyed it black today again) and I would dye it light brown like every week and it still wouldn't lighten any shade.. I had to bleach my hair to get the black out.. and it obviously turned dark orange.. not a pretty sight.. if I were you I would go to a professional to get it lightened, dyed black hair is nothing to f*ck with, trust me I've been there one too many times lol.
