If the person is clean, and you are SURE, then it is normal to have that type of effect-especially when deepthroating.

If your partner is clean meaning no STDs. Be sure your partner does not have any sexually transmitted disease because this could lead to unwanted side effects. Apart from that you can get a sore throat or muscles but it will go away after a while.
