Unfortunately, working out only on your stomach will not achieve the flat stomach you're hoping for. Sure it works out your abs, but it doesn't burn the fat on top. In order to get a flatter stomach you have to achieve an overall body weight loss. Try doing some cardio workouts along with cruches or sit ups. I think you'll find better results doing it that way. Or dieting and crunches, etc.




Best way to achieve flat stomach?
Im rubbish at dietting and was wondering if anyone could advise me on the best possible way in order to achieve a flat stomach?
