What is the most effective and best time of the day to do yoga? Any reasons why?

The best time is before sunrise. When sun rises you have to start "Surya Namaskar".("Surya Namaskar" is respecting/worship SUN who is the most powerful energy supplier to us) 5 - 5.30 AM is the best time to start. (Important:- You have to take bath before starting yoga)

I think it's early morning like 6 or 7am.
I don't know why I just find it relaxing with the sun just beggining to rise
