are you aloud beared dragon lizards around in pet shops while people are in ther 1 guy said I cant bring my snake it so its unfair is there a law for it

Well, if the guy at the petshop said you can't, you can't...whether there's a law or not. It's probably best to listen to the employees/owners of the store.
