why do you need big huge boobs to impress boys well if dats what you need to impress them then you no exactly why they want you for your body not for you.
How old are you anyway? From your picture you look to be 13 or 14. Correct me if I'm wrong. Your boobs will grow bigger after you get married & have children. The bigger your boobs are the more back problems you will have as you get older. I know, I know you are just a teen-ager and don't want to hear all this. There is no magic potion for bigger boobs. Except plastic surgery, and you don't want to go that route as it is completely unsafe!
I agree with the above the only way you can get bigger boobs is by getting surgery but wats the point like they said they hurt your back mines does
you cant you just half to be pacient and wait,the other choice is you can stuff but that isnt the best choice if people were to find out your rep would be ruined.but you shouldnt be most worried about what boys think I know thats hard though because I know I do.I had the same problem but your not done growing.if your older and still are small another choice is implants
yeah, if your still young...they will grow.
but if a guy wants you because of the size of your boobs or how you look...then thats not the right guy for you hun.
Hey! what's wrong with 34A, its a cute size for a small body frame.. Especially if you're under 18. I am 19 near 20 And I AM 34a and love it... Love yourself don't want for people to love you... have love for yourself first.. you can never impress anyone... if you are trying to impress a dude, please quit your attempts...because not all dudes like big boobs...some do some don't.. so you are not going to exactly please anyone... and if you don't have a nice figure what's the point of having big boobs if the rest of your body isn't balanced . Not to be mean but most celebs look weird when they are big at the top and have a small figure down there you know a small & flat as*... it looks weird but sometimes nice if they can work out and make their figures look nice and not have a big stomach lol... so be happy with your figure because everyone's body is different and so is their faces...
I have no idea how old you are but assume you are in your teens with all the insecurities this involves? If you are then please bear in mind that you may have a lot more growing to do yet. The following advice will not apply if you have not reached puberty (In which case you'd be better advised to go and play with your Barbie dolls).
Buy yourself a pair of dumb bells-don't panic -it's a myth that you'll end up looking like Rambo! Manly muscle doesn't grow on women unless they're actively trying to achieve this look by taking steroids and testosterone.
Now go to your library / the internet / gym and look up the exercises which develop the pectorals. To weight train you should step- up your intake of high protein foods (fish, nuts dairy products etc). It's also a good idea to take a protein shake one and a half to two hours before you weight train as this will improve your exercise performance and aid tissue growth.
You should also increase your intake of fibre foods -such as baked potatoes. You will need this fuel, or else you could end up burning OFF the existing breast tissue, (definitely not what you want !). In fact you should increase your food intake generally -(your body will know what to do with it) but DON'Tt go for sweet things, just good nutrition. If you are skinny you will now have to make a serious effort to get your weight up. (Boobies don't grow on stick insects!) Leave a gap of about one and a half to two hours after eating a main meal (or a protein shake) and before training. Your body is too busy digesting to train comfortably or effectively otherwise.
When you train, always breathe 'in' on the easy movement and 'out' on the lifting or difficult movement
Much of the benefit derived from weight training is simply because the muscles get pumped up' by the blood vessels opening to feed the capillaries and so the boobs 'stick out' and lift- up a lot more. Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield were weight trainers so that should give you hope! If you intend to stick to a regime, you should gradually increase the weights on your dumb bells over time as the exercises will become too easy as the muscles grow.
This kind of exercise is known as 'resistance exercise' and produces relatively quick results. You'll ache a bit at first but should see and feel an improvement after just a few sessions.
By following the above pointers and with positive thinking you could see an increase of about half to three quarters of an inch in 7-10 days. If you remain dedicated (ie. over months), up to four inches can be achieved. You should train every other day ONLY though, as your body needs time and rest in between to recover and absorb the benefits.
If you stop training, your boobs won't just suddenly disappear but the muscle will shrink back slowly over a period of time. Don't worry - you don't have to be a slave to the dumb bells. Once you have achieved your desired size you can just maintain the results by exercising once a week or so.
Another resistance exercise which will achieve these results is the "Bullworker" with its spring loaded, pumping action. (Maybe your Dad, Grandpa, or brother has one gathering dust in the attic somewhere...)
Your boobs will also become a lot firmer with these resistance techniques. Swim as much as you can as this also helps. Keeping a diary of your improvement will help you stay motivated.

Yeah, Hayley is right... Most stick thin people don't have boobs lool you only see those on medium frame & large framed people and people who have meat on them . I remember losing weight and I lost my boobs on the way.. LOL hayley " boobies don't grow on stick insects "... You should only be able to manage 8-10 repetitions of an exercise before needing to rest. If you can do more, the weights are too light. Do 3 sets before moving on to the next exercise.

Breast size is largely genetic. Larger breasts don't really do anything substantial anyway, so there is no logical reason to want to change your breast size. Nothing is wrong with being a 34A.
All it does, is add sex appeal and other than that get you some dumb a*s guys who care for your appearance and nothing more.
+you can like put papper towel or something else

Dude that is messed up... Don't even think about getting pregnant just for boob size... some girls get pregnant and their boobs actually get smaller and not just that but you would be doing it for all the wrong reasons. That girl that said that needs to shut it. Not just that but if your 13 and pregnant you have no respect for yourself and most likely a slut... If you are not comfortable with your boobs exercise is the best thing. All you need to do is look up exercises to my your breast bigger or go and buy a padded bra... I hope I helped.
