Can you play basketball at school even if you flunk classes?

I was wondering if I can play basketball this year because I got like 4-6 F's and does the first marking period count because the season dose'nt start till second m arking period

Nope, you probably won't be able to play unless you get your s**t together RIGHT NOW! Basketball is a great hobby, but you need to start taking school more seriously! Basketball isn't going to save you when you're a thirty year old hobo, working at McDonald's. Seriously boy, school should be top priority.

Your grades need to be your priority....education opens doors, how many doors depends on you....there are 2 types of jobs: 1) you get paid for what you do (lesser paying) or 2) you get paid for what you know (doctor/lawyer/air traffic controller,etc.)

right now your grades are getting you nowhere
