Getting rid of bacne

ok so I get some "bacne" (acne on my back). it's not horrible, I don't think. but it's deffinately noticable. any help?

k im 13 turning 14 and I have really bad bacne and I know a wicked way to get rid of it .. ,my doc told me rub baby oil on it and let it sit for a bit then rub baby powder on it .. it will soak up the oul and empty your pours .. do this for a week everyday and it should go

or just luffa if its not as bad as you say it is. a lot of the time its because of sweat clogging your pours and you can prevent it by getting a back scrubb
