As long as you've been on the pill continually (you are protected after the first 7 days of taking it) without missing any, vomiting/diarrhea within 2 hrs of taking it then you should be fine.

If you were late taking a pill/misses one or didn't wait for them to start working then you may be pregnant.

Read your leaflet information and call your doctor/gyno if you're not sure.

Dear shadie,
For the first 7 days of taking the Pill, a girl should use an additional form of contraception, such as condoms, to prevent pregnancy. After 7 days, the Pill should work alone to prevent pregnancy. But continuing to use condoms will protect against sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

While perfect use of the Pill has shown to be as much as 99% effective in preventing pregnancy, there is still a 1% chance that you could get pregnant. Additionally, missing a pill or taking a pill a few hours later than normal, especially if you use the mini-pill, can decrease the effectiveness of your oral contraceptives. Moreover, certain medications including antibiotics can increase the likelihood of your contraceptives failing.
Sue...good luck

If you had sexx and are really worried about it, either buy a pregnancy test or go to the doctor for one.

Well look for signs like increased hunger, being tired all the time, more emocional, your lower stomach will be hard, you pee more often and it has a different smell and any strange movement in your lower stomach. I'm 17 and my girlfriend is 16 and shes preg so if you are your not alone.

If you're using the pill you shouldn't have anything to worry about. But if you are pregnant, remember that you are responsible for it because you decided to have sex in the first place (and know what the risks are). If you're not 100% sure, perhaps you should buy a pregnancy test or pay a visit to the doctor. Good luck!
