well I found it really isnt carbs to blame, its just overall intake. I have lost weight eating main ly carbs, and lost weight eating mainly fat. it all comes down to calories mainly I think. just cut down portion sizes slightly and increase activity this is the healthiest way. and if you cut down on carbs too much your going to end up overeating them because youl miss them too much.
once I cut out bad carbs like biscuits, white bread e.t.c I craved them badly but after a weel cravings complete;y went. now I can have a biscuit when I feel like it which I have to say I rarely do now, and im not even tempted to overeat them because I no I can have them whenever I may want to.
just swtich to wholemeal varieties, this really does help, and go cold turkey on crappy carbs for a week and youl feel much better after the week



Baby weight
I've been still tryn to loose my baby weight but I love carbs I cant help but give in to my cravings any one have any suggestions about how they did it
