Hi toosexy,
It partially depends on your frame.
If you are 5'9'' with a small frame (your fingers overlap when you place your thumb and middle finger around your wrist), the ideal weight should be about 138.
If you are 5'9'' with a medium frame (your fingers touch when you place your thumb and middle finger around your wrist), the ideal weight is about 152.
Finally, if you are 5'9'' and have a large frame (your fingers DON'T touch when you place your thumb and middle finger around your wrist), your ideal weight is 165.
hope that helps.

what is the average weight for someone who is 4'11
If you are 160 lbs, and you have 30 lbs of fat and 130 lbs of muscle, you would be a blob of jelly because you have no frickin bones. Bone mass is typically more than half of your weight. You also have neglected other stuff like organs and extracellular water (blood plasma doesn't count as muscle).
well...there really is no ideal weight, unless of course your trying to join the military, but prior to losing any weight or gaining any, I would first consult your physician and get yourself checked out, and if he gives you the go ahead to start working out.Go find a personal trainer or a reputable gym, and those who you allow you to give advice make sure they are certified...its my pet peeve when you have people who dont know anything give you advice...the gold standard is ACSM or NSCA...Google them if your unsure...remember muscle weighs more than fat...so if your lifting and the scales not budging thats why...and dont measure your success by numbers on scale, but by how you feel and how your clothes feel on you.
