Asking a guy out

So , I was at the bank with my rents a couple of days ago . And I ended up meeting this great guy who works there. I didn really get a chance to make too much conversation with him just cause both my parents were there and it was a bit awkward .. But we...

spent enough time with him to get the vibe that hes a really decent guy and I really want to get to know him .

So I want to know if its a bad idea showing up at his work again?? I mean I dont know if hed be interested or anything and I've never asked a guy out . I genuinely want to get to know him but I def. Dont want him to get the impression that im solely crushing on him for his looks or anything . Pleas help! I want to know if its a god idea to go up to a strangers work? And also , if I do then shuld I make an excuse to go there and see him and should I directly ask him out or what?

Okay first of all...how old is he and how old are you. (say your real age I dont care).
Second, whenever you go to the bank other times, talk to him and flirt and try to gove him a tiny hint you like him.
And last if he seems to you that he likes you, go for it, take a chance!
