How to cancel this due internet direct debit?

my internet direct debit is due today [31st]
I don't have enough money in the bank...yes I'm poor
I tried to cancel the direct debit online, so the bank wouldn't charge me.
it usually works, but the site was having problems, so it didn't let me.
so...

now my bank account is in the minus aswell as needing the internet money!
I don't get paid until the 6th, so I can't even get any money to pay either until then.
[not to mention the other bills that need paying]
so I will get my net cut off in the next few days.
it could be off for a wk or 2 ;(
life sucks!

Indeed. Life does suck!

Sorry about your situation but you might want to cut off some of your expenses that are not required for a little while. Internet, cable ect... Just keep power, gas, water. You know? The stuff you can't live w/o.

Those bank charges are a pain but let me tell you what the real pain is... your credit.

Maybe borrow some money for now until you get paid. Budget your money a little better and sometimes, cutting yourself off from the little things really does help financially too (ex: a cup of coffee every morning).

it sounds crazy but the internet is ny life line to the world.
apart form seeing my parents and fiance I never leave my house...well unless I have appointments I have to go to.
you're right it's not a ness'.
I don't have any kind of cable tv and I ahve to have my phone.
so the 18 pound for the internet is the only thing I could cut.
however I spend less money on my phone, cause I email people rather than call them.
I also use my internet for business stuff, so it's kinda needed.
it's not easy living on income support, but I'll have to keep a closer eye on my money.
at least I'll have more time for other stuff while it's off.
and my punishment is I'll have to walk about 3-4hr tomorrow, cause I don't have money for the bus to an appointment.

although I do have to say tbanks charge way too much!

Can you apply for an over draft just incase this happens again,im on income surpport and the bank let me have one

can't you borrow from one of those payday sites there are plenty of them . You borrow the money until payday.That's an option. Good luck.

I just did a search on the net for payday loans.
most or all say you have to be employed...which I'm not.
not to mention they have such a high interest rate and I might not be able to pay them back.
