Is mac makeup available in vietnam and is it cheaper?

I'm in vietnam right now and want to go shopping for make-up and I was wondering if there are any over here & would it be cheaper compared to u.s.a.

well... I was there like 3 months ago, and didn't see any MAC make-up.. and even if they did have any the quality isn't good.
lol, but I did go crazy buying clothes and bags... ohhh, the bags I saw there are amazing.. hehe, oh and I also got 2 ipod cameras.. (by the way, which isn't even in stock, in north america..)

that sounds awesome. prices are sooo going up here tho it sucks when I was here 4 years ago, everything was extremely cheap
