Are headbands preppy?

Do you think girls look preppy when they wear headbands? Do they look childish? I only wear a brown one, I don't wear colorful ones.

I think that colourful ones are more preppy than a brown or black one.

Um, no. They're not. I wear colorful ones, depending on my outfit. I'm not the lest bit preppy, nor do I look it. Nor are they childish. More stylish. Don't worry about it, they're just cute.

I don't think they're preppy at all! but some people do look childish wearing them, and for others, it looks pretty and stylish =)

I didn't think they were childish or preppy either. I was just curious, because preppy and childish are two things I DONT want to look. I'm not in a clique, cliques are pathetic and truly childish. I also think headbands look childish only on little girls, who are supposed to look childish. Thanks for your opinions everyone!

nah, just don't buy bright plastic ones or onse with weird patterns. on the hills, the girls wear really cute headbands, so no, they aren't childish or preppy.
