Are hard contact lenses less likely to dry out than soft ones?

rocks Asked by steve about 1 year ago, 1 answer.

Only in the winter do I have problems with my contacts drying out, because we run the heater at lot at home. If I had hard contact lenses instead of soft contacts, would this happen less often? Thanks!

I'm not even sure they make them anymore!!.
Anyways speak to your eye doctor or where you purchase your lenses. There is
different type of lenses out there for people who have dry eyes all the time and wear contacts. One option is to put artificial tears while wearing your lenses if this is just a short term even a pharmacist can help you out there as well because they do sell solutions for dry lenses as well.

Good Luck
