Are ghosts real?

I diddnt use to believe after seeing loads of faked videos, but saw this scary video that made me think, yeah there real!

yeah ghost do exist( dont know how its spelled) but yeah I think they dont mean to scare us like srofe666 said its just we are automatically afraid because it is unknown territory

I agree with everyone! lol. I do think they are real and ghost hunters is good proof. I think there are some good ghosts and bad ones though.

well I try not 2 believe them so I wont remeber them when im home alone or smoething but I think there mite be some because there are 2 many unexplained things

I have seen many ghosts.
they like live in my house !!
its hard to explain...like the bad ones that do harmful things to people are demands.and the ones that are just there are just spirits floating around that dont want to be dead yet even tho the already are !they dont want to stay in heaven but dont want to go to hell.

There have been a lot of confusin about that but I don't think that they are.
My sister says that theyre sprits are ether in heaven or hell but there may be something like demons still living there but some thing we are not meant to understand.

I went to this party with my dad once, and we were sitting at a table with my mum and cause they were drinking champagne, they finished the bottle, so my dad offered to go and buy a new one. my mum said ok. he went over to the bar. and he started talking to himself :S

when he came back 30 mins later my mum said 'what took you so long?' and he goes I was talking to this nice lady. my mum said 'there was noone there though' and my dad said 'she had black hair'

ghosts are real. but some people have a stronger connection to them than others..

the Ouija board is real too for those people doubting it. I've done it a number of times.

I don't know if ghosts are real, I don't think the mind can survive a physical death, although I could be wrong. Like you said there are a lot of fake vidios and fancy things you can do with photos. Some people are swayed into exaggerating the truth and making up stories. I don't doubt that some people really did see or experience something, but I'd most likely go with it was probably something they misinterpreted. Ghosts could also be the product of some psychology, or caused by activity of a certain location.

For those claiming the show "ghost hunters" is "good evidence" of the existence of ghosts - you do realise it's a television program, right? Made for ratings, not for accuracy.

There was a particularly classic clip lately (which I unfortunately can't locate) where you can see one of the ghost hunters actually make a noise on camera, then go "what was that?"

Jesus spent a large amt of his ministry dealing with spirits.

If they are not real...

Why would he have done that?

Okay... First thing: I have to agree with arachnid. The kid's smart, but it's kinda basic logic. The tele and all sorts of clips on the 'net are not good places to find 'evidence'. I mean... Yes, the show is dealing with something I believe to be real... But, it's acting. If they really get anything that's actually evidence of a real haunting, I'd be surprised.

But, I do believe that 'ghosts', or 'spirits', 'poltergiests', or any kind of 'entity' exist. And yes, I do believe I've had experiences with the unknown. I always put it off as something else, but sadly, my hopes for an explainable event are always destroyed and my worst fears confirmed.

So... 'Are ghosts real?' I think so, yes. But I don't think you should let people tell you what to believe. But that doesn't mean that you run out and play 'Ghost Hunters' or drag out an Ouija board! That's the farthest thing from what I advise.

What I do suggest is that you look at the facts, and decide for yourself what you believe. I think they based on unexplainable incidents that've become an occasional experience since I was the age of six. You may have this, yo may not, it may be lying in wait for you in the future. Who knows? Not I...
