I dont think so, I love cats, especially black ones!
but if you dwell on the subject for too long youll probably make yourself believe that they are.

My cat is mostly black, he has some gray and white though on his stomach.
He brings nothing but love into my family, there is nothing unlucky about him.
I guess if you're superstitous about these kind of things.. then maybe, but to be honest, how the hell can a cat cause bad luck. =O
