not like cartoon but human like..no need 3D.

People on this site always want to learn to draw Naruto, so I'd say that one is pretty well-drawn.

ergo proxy has very good drawings
then there is Ghost Hound, Afro Samurai (its gritty in style but the faces are pretty detailed)
