What are some good acne medicines and creams?

I've been gettin a lot of acne lately and its rele getting annoying..
does anyone have any suggestions on what to use that you could buy at the store or somthing like that? thanks

well recently I bought that st. ives apricot scrub thing and it really worked. my cousin's boyfriend is a model and thats what he uses and he has clear skin. you just wash your face with really hot water to open up your pores and the use the scrub thing for like 1 minute and rinse it off with cold water
