An idea is to go through the phone book yellow pages and jot down occupations that might interest you - also, ask adults you respect to tell you why they enjoy the job they do and the requirements - one excellent job often overlooked is 'air traffic controller' - average pay is now $128k, not bad - I wish you every success in whatever you choose...and don't let anyone tell you, you can't do it !!

Get good grades and go to a good college. Hopefully you will have some sort of clue in 4 years from now when youll actually need to pick a major.

Anyone got any ideas for a career?
I only have two more years of high school left and I have know clue what I want to be. My teachers keep making it sound like we have no more time left =/ I used to want to be a kid psychiatrist since my friends always came to me for advice and I found...
it fun to help them. I'm not good in science nor math so I cant be a kids psychiatrist. I dont want anything in the medical field any more. My parents keep thinking I should go in the medical field though and wont leave me alone about it. I always wanted to be a writer and know I cant live off that so decided to do that on the side. I like photography but I dont think ill be able to survive off that too. I was thinking something in the entertainment business just not acting...I like it but not the best at it. HELP please =[
