Any non toxic bath wash for cats?

Asked by sophia21 5 months ago, 6 answers.

I am highly allergic to poison IVy and the woods behind my home is overgrown with the stuff... We do not like the cat to run out of the house, and every time he does we have to bathe him... Well, I feel like I am putting toxic wash on him every time......

Is there any other options besides store bought flea and tic wash? I am pregnant also, so non toxic is the best of the both of us! I just need to get the oil off of him.

They have washes at the store for that. They're designed not to hurt the cat.

I use baby shampoo. I used to use cat shampoo bought in the store, but that caused her skin to become really dry and flake...
