You need to find something to distract you from the issue of the moment. It'll be hard to do, but try counting to 100 to your self. Maybe picture sheep jumping over a fence. I know, it's more fun to vent your anger but it usually isn't sociably acceptable, so try counting.
Just remember, things that usually make you angry AREN'T attacks on you personally. They are just the results of differences of opinion. You do have the ability to overcome and control your anger.
I wouldn't do counseling just to talk for myself it didn't work I went to like a million counselors and nothing happened it just made everything worse. but you could possible try taking nice long walks just to cool down or try any excersises that release stress (or my personal favorite EATING! jk don't do that it's not healthy) just really try doing things that are a healthy way to release your stress if you need to you can always talk to like a doctor or something. FUNMAIL ME!



How I can find another solution to do instead of hurting myself
when I get really angry I have a problem. I have a tendicy to punch things or throw things no matter what it is. I always end up hurting myself thow. I never hurt anyone else just myself and I want to know how I can find another solution to do instead of...
