it depends if you work yourself really hard and your taking quick shallow breaths what will happen is that your blood wont get enough oxygen in it because your not breathing properly so your muscles with fatigue and you will feel light headed it wont matter what you eat the only way to fix it is to force yourself to take measured breaths and great job on losing the 4 stone thats really impressive

You may have been too demanding on your body to lose that much weight. That is approximately 3 pounds per week for four months. You probably haven't been supplying your body with enough of the nutrients that it needs for strengthening bones and building muscle.

You also might not be drinking enough water. You should be drinking eight 8 ounce glasses of water per day. If you drink one of those glasses before each meal you will help in controlling your appetite. Also you should be eating a good breakfast every day.

Also, you might want to cut back to maybe four days a week on the exercises to give your body time off so that it isn't always being stressed.

I once went on a diet like that, so may I give you the benefit of my experience?

You should check your weight on the Body Mass Index (B.M.I.). If you go underweight, you should think carefully about your objectives.

If you're losing weight faster than about 2 pounds a week, that's probably too fast, and you can cause lasting damage, e.g. to your digestion. There's also the possibility of dislodging arterial plaque, leading to a heart attack or stroke, so slow down and give your body time to adjust.

There's an element of excitement and victory when you step on the scales and see another few pounds gone. Don't let that turn into anorexia or bulimia. If you are reaching your ideal weight (see the BMI), it's time to start working on another aspect of your body. For example, you could join a Tai Chi group, and learn to strengthen your balance and your slow-twitch muscles. Or you could take up a sport.

Finally, when you do reach your target weight, don't come off the diet. Modify the diet so that you're eating healthy food and healthy portions, with occasional treats. Otherwise you may find you put your weight back on as quickly as you lost it - it's called Yoyo Dieting.

best wishes, and well done on your success.
