Am I going insane or am I just stressed?

I feel like crying and the peeps at work are so annoying all they do is gossip, I hate peeps that gossip , well I dont hate anyone I just dislike their habits.plus my one friend as e-mailed my best friend with out my...

permission and he does not even know her, I mean how dare he do that. damn you cant trust anyone in this damn world.

now dont take this offensively, but my opionion is you may be taking things out of proportion. everybody gossips- im sure you have to! but the best way to not be annoyed with them is just polietly confront them, say "im sorry, but I heard you talking about___and I would appreciate it if you would stop gossiping, it really hurts to no people that do and im sure ___wouldnt like it either. So please if you cud hold back your gossip till I or any other is out of earshot, thank-you." something like that. Dont worry I dont like epeople who gossip either! and as for the email...it may be jealousy. I dont think email someone needs to be done with permission. I no that you may feel angry bout this because you were "out of the loop" but next time ask him if he cud tell you when your emailing her. if he doesnt no her thou I wudnt worry. he is probly getting to no her better so the 3 of you can hangout or something.

I will tell you something about the life, don’t trust anyone only trust in God. And don’t care about what the others say about you, if they are talking about you because you have something that they don’t have it.
When you go to the work don’t give them any attention then they will stop talking and will feel shame on there self maybe it will takes a time but you be patient.
