I can't tell you yes or no I can just try to help you out by giving you a few things to think about. It's cool moving out and having your own trust me, but it comes with responsiblity and a could also come with a few changes at first compared to what you are use to. When moving out on your own you have to take a lot of things into consideration. Out of $1600 minus the bills you mentioned a month you have $1280 left. If you really want to do this its best if you been saving.

1. You need to figure out what you are willing to pay for rent each month first
2. Monthy utility bills
3. New apartment, you'll need to furnish it
4. The grocery bill
5. You mentioned that you are currently in school, I'm not sure if you are paying anything towards that or not. If you are you have to consider that as well.
6. Just things you are use to doing in general that cost...don't forget gas prices...lol.

Hope it helps you out a little bit, you can do it just takes planning and saving. I wish you the best of luck...hope everything works out for you. Pacman

One other thing to think about is that you can't buy anything you want anymore except in very limited amounts
