Don't think of it in being fat but rather being healthy. If most of your weight is muscle then you're healthy, if most of your weight is fat then you're unhealthy.
Try being active for 30mins, 5 times a week. (that means you have to raise your heart rate for 30mins, cardio.) And just eat healthy. Always avoid trans fats. Always eat Whole Grains. And cut down on sugars.

I think its important for you to learn to eat healthy and participate in fun, physical activities at an early age. Try participating in a sport at your school, or eating healthy snacks. Im 13 goinng on 14 in june. Im like 5 feet 4 inches and weigh 150. Im a size 7-8 but my size shirt is a small or a medium, and my bra size is a 34C. am I fat?
