Not at all!! You also have to understand lots of things come along with what you weigh and wether or not your considered "fat" judging by your weight and height I would say no. What is your body mass index? What size are your bones? Do have have a reasonable amount of muscle? So much comes into play, just ask your PCP or see a dieticion. But I would doubt it. Post a pic? Women are so hard on themselves, me too, society brought us up that way. But through yonger generations it is going away.

Am I fat if I'm 5'5'' and 130?
Do you think I'm fat I'm 5'5 and weigh 130
