what is the latest age to get a job .I want to start getting money by myself

As far as I know, the earliest you can work is sixteen. That is with a work permit from your school. The latest, at least in California,
is you can work till you drop. Hope that helps.

If you have a working permit some jobs may hire you at 16. This prehibits you from working with machinery, late hours or more than a certain amount per week. The working permit is free or no more than $5 and can be obtained through your school. However, you will find that most jobs won't hire you unless you are 18 especially in a mall type store. Try your local grocery stores or fast food places.
