A serious question

Why do people love some and then that person says its over after about 6 months?... whats the point of loving some one when they're not going to be with you?

the thing is you dont know wether they will stay or go till later...

pluss love is not somethin you can controll its feelings

Sometimes feelings change - its possible.
I think usually the case is they are using the word "love" when they really shouldn't be, people often throw the word around like its nothing. When you do end up truly loving someone, its a feeling you cant really control. I personally don't believe you can full out love someone romantically in 6 months.

Im going through the same exact situation. My girlfriend just broke up with me after 6months. I will tell you right now that love can be achieved in 6 months. what was her reason for breaking up with you? What happened with my girlfriend is she said she still loves me but she cant have a boyfriend during school because she needs to focus. But the reality is that person who you love can break up with you for reasons they feel neccesary although they still have love for you. or she never was truly in love and felt it necessary to say anyways for feelings sake.

maybe it just wasnt love not the right person it didnt work how you expected ect.. it could have just been an illusion not real love... I bet when 2 people are really "in love" itll last more than 6 month because you know what they say "true love never dies"

Young love changes, and thats usually why they dont last, but as stephanie pointed out, people throw those3 words around much too freely, and much too soon!
