I think he likes you, and waited for you to feel the same and tell him that you love him, but you didn't, and now he feels hurt.

Well yes, I do like him.
but I don't know if he wrote that "for" me or "about" me.
Because at the time he wrote it
I was going through this whole thing with another guy
and got hurt badly.
But I know he doesn't like me because last sunday I told him I liked him and well..
it went horrible..so yeah..not really sure.
