Hi Steve,

Answerbag is a collaborative online database of FAQs, where questions are asked and answered by users.

A user who has created an account can ask and answer questions, provide definitions, and suggest new categories. Questions are copyedited and screened for offensive content by moderators. Answers are rated by users as "useful," "somewhat useful," "incorrect," or "offensive/spam." Users are encouraged to furnish references with their answers. Comments are optional when giving a positive rating, but required for all others. A critic has an opportunity to apprise other readers as to why he or she believes an answer is flawed; the "chaff" is "weeded out." Conversely, when a member consistently submits accurate and well-written replies, others can award "useful" ratings to those answers and increase that user's visibility in a positive manner. Total number of rated answers appear beside users' names on answers; on profiles pages; and on the statistics pages, where members' stats are shown as comparisons to the stats of other members.
So when you request answers here on FunAdvice you are using an Answerbag.
