Well, you can do what I like to do in those situations, I like to test people to see their reactions. If she doesn't know your bi, just tell her "I'm bisexual." and see if she has a positive or a negative reaction. That way you can see if she might be interested or not.

Overtime you can go to parties with her, have fun, this that and the other, maybe perhaps she will be willing to swing that way for that moment in time.
