A belief about owls

Today in class, something terrible happened.During lunch, one of my class mates went to drink water in the class.When she was drinking the water, the curtain in the class was raising. She thought it was wind that was blowing the curtain so she did not...

really care. All of a sudden the curtain box started vibrating and before she knew it an owl came in through the window. She dropped the water bottle and nearly screamed but she couldn't scream.She just folded her arms and was looking at it. It started crying with tears in its eyes.It sat on a chair.After sometime it ran away. There is a belief that when someone sees an owl crying it signifies that someone is going to die.Some people said that someone in our class is going to die. Some said that someone in our class is a witch or wizard. The girl that it appeared to also made mention that her late grandmother keeps appearing to her saying " Sonia be careful of the type of friends you keep. Pls tell me what to do .I am afraid.

It doesn't mean anything. It's just a bird.

Many strange things happen in our world, but, if Christ lives within us, we do not have to be afraid.

God can warn us thru certain signs, but, Satan can deceive us too, so, the only real way to know for sure, is to pray.

Do owls even have tear ducts?

As toadaly said, it means nothing. Don't let the religious zealots in here scare you. They think if they can make you afraid like they are, it will somehow justify their ridiculous belief system.

Don't let superstition frighten you. Try to carry on with your daily life. I have never heard of "crying owls". But most superstitions are empty threats. Ignore this and get back to learning in that class.

hmm I didnt know of that believe I know of the believe that if you stare into the eyes of an owl something terribl will happen to you but all this you say here seems weird im a lil crazy but I mean to me this means that someone who died is trying to reach you and aperintly they are sad!!!
