I just read an amazing fact. According to the NAR (national association of Realtors) 91% of them don't contact the customer after the purchase is finalized. Wow. I have yet to buy some property...but this reminds me of that time tested expression: aren't...

Haha, love the analogy.

Did this NAR study say why they don't call them? Is it lack of time, being overworked, or another reason? That's a huge percentage.

No idea what the rational was for the Realtors who said they didn't follow up.

I was just shocked, though.

(sidebar) I randomly mentioned to a bank teller this morning something about executive corruption, and compared it to the mortgage collapse. She (the teller) looked a bit sick when I mentioned it, and managed a small laugh.
